We’re only the Western country planning to abolish home delivery.The administrators of Canada Post have squandered billions of the Canadian taxpayer’s money on automation and inefficient

home delivery trucks.The Federal Government has also blocked the Post Office from offering internet banking services to compete with the banks. The problem is not with home delivery but with a totally incompetent Canada Post Administration that serves itself but not the Public and a right wing Federal Conservative Government that serves big business and ignores the interests of the average Canadian and the impovershed.

It is obvious that the conservatives have been engineering a false entry in the balance sheet of Canada Post so they can fulfill their dream of elderly and disabled Canadians struggling through snow drifts to pick up the bills they have to pay more to receive in the mail, and so their buddies in the corporate world can share the wealth that we will never see.

This will impact our communities not in a good way by eliminating 6000-8000 employees with good jobs. and drive away customers thus raising the costs. This is a public service that needs to be protected.
